**Suggested title:** I’m building an open-source infrastructure for healthcare continuity — looking for developers, reviewers and supporters
Hi everyone.
I’m a physician from Brazil, and I’m building an open-source project called **Protocolo Vida / UHS Health OS**.
The idea comes from a real problem I see in clinical practice: healthcare is fragmented. Patients repeat their stories. Data is scattered. Systems don’t communicate. Continuity of care gets lost.
The project proposes an open digital layer to organize care over time, with a focus on:
* longitudinal clinical timeline;
* interoperability;
* privacy and security;
* consent and auditability;
* clinical data organization;
* population health insights;
* future alignment with standards such as HL7 FHIR.
This is not a big tech project.
This is not a hype-driven startup.
This is not an empty pitch.
It is an early-stage open-source project created by someone who sees the problem from inside healthcare and wants to open the build to people who know how to create real technology.
I’m looking for help with:
* frontend;
* backend;
* architecture;
* database design;
* documentation;
* UX/UI;
* security;
* healthcare interoperability;
* README review;
* issue organization;
* MVP planning;
* technical mentorship.
I also started a crowdfunding campaign to keep the project alive while we structure the prototype and documentation.
If you care about open source, healthtech, civic tech, interoperability, privacy or social impact, your contribution could help a lot.

Honest technical criticism is welcome. Small contributions are welcome too.
Thank you.
It is volunteer, besides the budget the idea is to be revolucionary, and because the system is opensource the gains with the publish of mask versions are able for the developers i am just a man with a dream and a consulteer for the future, now you maybe asking, where am i winnig here? I am a great problem solver who needs to prove it to the world, and I want to bring together variables and knowledge in a decentralized way. I am Satoshi Nakamoto of health; my manifesto is carved in stone. I call upon you now and ask that you call upon me later. That is all.
