IT System Development, new idea for an IT technology

A big client of my company asks me if I have an idea for an IT technology system. An idea that should be new or similar, mean not very old system and works everywhere in the world. Their market is in the Middle East and/or in Europe and can be use in the Middle East.
So, I'm in the market for an experienced IT professional capable of designing and building an innovative IT program or system. This project will aim to streamline business processes for a variety of users, including employees, management, and customers.

- You will be tasked with coming up with fresh, novel ideas to address business inefficiencies and automate tasks.
- The primary goal of this project is to enhance overall efficiency and optimize workflow.

I'm looking for a long term contract, creating system and continue maintenance and update. After our agreement you will make a folder/flyer for the project, system. IF the system good enough and make my client happy you will get from me a bonus (double of the agreed price). When the client be happy you will get the first milestone and begin building the system, should your work also be fast, hire more people to work with you and your will get their payment from me.
