Swift AND Kotlin (one person) Mobile App Development

We have a communications application which needs continued development work over multiple, ongoing versions. The application consists of two projects, one in Swift for iOS and one in Kotlin for Android. We wish for the SAME developer to manage both projects for full consistency. Strong, verifiable experience with BOTH languages is required.
