Support Representative (Remote)

It's not a sales position, but if a customer comes up with a product we offer (but they may not know we have it), we can save them a call by letting them know we're here! We also don't use scripts. Our team has impressed and inspired us and encouraged them to take responsibility for their roles. Our expectations are simple: respect, friendliness and helpfulness.
