I intend to roll out a single, unified Super App in clearly defined phases. Phase 1 is all about e-commerce: a marketplace capable of listing virtually any product category—electronics, fashion, groceries, and everything in between. The platform must therefore be category-agnostic and ready for rapid catalogue expansion.
A built-in mobile wallet is required from day one so customers can top-up, store balance, and complete checkout without leaving the app. Money-transfer and bill-payment modules are not part of this first release, yet the codebase must stay modular so those features can slot in later with minimal refactor.
I can provide a brand guide and initial wireframes; the job covers everything else needed to reach a production-ready release: architecture, UI/UX polish, secure backend, admin dashboard, and store deployments. Clean REST or GraphQL APIs, PCI-compliant payment flows, real-time order tracking, and robust user authentication are mandatory.
Deliverables
• Refined Phase-1 product requirements document
• Interactive UI/UX prototype for mobile app and web admin
• MVP build (e-commerce + mobile wallet) deployed to TestFlight and Google Play Internal
• Complete technical documentation and final hand-over package
Acceptance Criteria
• Users can check out successfully with the in-app wallet on iOS and Android
• Admin portal allows products, categories, and promotions to be managed without developer intervention
• Average endpoint response below 300 ms on a 4G connection
• Automated unit and integration tests achieve ≥ 80 % coverage
