Student Freelance Work App
Budget: ₹600 – ₹10,000 INR
I have validated an idea for a freelance-work mobile app aimed specifically at students who need flexible, part-time projects to support their studies. After collecting feedback from dozens of potential users, I’m ready to move from concept to a working MVP that can later scale into a full marketplace.
Scope of the first release
• Turn the current concept notes and low-fidelity sketches into polished wireframes and a clean, intuitive UI.
• Build a cross-platform mobile app (Flutter or React Native) that lets students create profiles, browse open gigs, submit bids, and message clients securely.
• Set up a lightweight back-end (Firebase, Supabase, or Node/Express with a relational DB) with user auth, real-time chat, and basic gig management endpoints.
• Provide an admin web panel for moderating users and gigs, plus simple analytics.
• Deliver full source code, inline documentation, and a brief deployment guide so the app can be handed off to additional team members later.
Acceptance criteria for this phase
1. A student can register, complete a profile, and see a curated feed of available gigs.
2. A posted gig can accept offers, then mark itself as “assigned.”
3. Messages reach both parties in under three seconds on a 4G connection.
4. The entire stack deploys to a test environment in one command and all critical flows are covered by automated tests.
Please keep the implementation modular so new features—such as in-app payments or skill-based recommendations—can be slotted in without major refactoring.
