Sports Running App MVP with BLE Integration

We're looking for a skilled mobile app developer to build the first version (MVP) of a companion app for a wearable sports device. This app will display real-time running metrics (pace, time, distance, etc.) and communicate via Bluetooth (BLE) with an external hardware device.

What You’ll Build

A mobile app (iOS/Android or cross-platform) that:

Tracks running metrics in real time (limited to pace, duration, distance, clock time)

Sends data to our hardware via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)

Includes settings for projection mode, brightness, etc.

Deliverables

Mobile App MVP:

Live metric tracking (using phone sensors)

BLE integration with our hardware

You’re a Fit If You Have:
Experience developing real-time or fitness apps

Solid skills with BLE communication (esp. wearable/hardware integration)

Proficiency in React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android

A portfolio that includes at least one app with sensor data or hardware integration
