PC Software or mobile app for Control of Linear Vibrator Motor

The point of the development is to create a hardware testbench that will be used to determine how to produce the closest vibration "feeling" to heartbeat (30-150 beats/minute) with a linear vibration motor.
To achieve this we want full control of the linear vibration motor - start, stop, frequency, running time, number of vibrations/cycles, repeat cycle, any other useful options that you think would be useful
our ideas/options for the test bench hardware are as follows:
Testing setup option A: PC and/or arduino, breakout board with DRV2604L, Linear Vibrator Motor
Testing setup option B: Android Mobile phone, esp32-wroom-32 development board, breakout board with DRV2604L, Linear Vibrator Motor
Testing setup option C: Android Mobile phone, esp32-dowd q6 development board, breakout board with DRV2604L, Linear Vibrator Motor
We need the whole software solution for all parts used(app/sw, firmware, ect.) with assembly and use instructions, as well as wiring diagram how to connect the various components
