Software Developer to program a food deliver replica like "Uber Eats"

Hello, a developer is required to design and program a web application that mimics the features of a food deliver application, however, the service provider is also the one driving and delivering the service.
The project will be partitioned into 3 parts:
-1 Super admin: where the owner of the project can monitor all details of all applicants clients or service providers.
-2 Client application: (Android and IOS applications) that allow the client to chose a service from the list of service providers or based on types of products.
-3 Service provider application: (Android and IOS applications) that allow service providers to list their services based on the categories allowed by the super admin application.
The application is meant to be using a form or database (MongoDB or SQL) or other databases based on preference.
The client is capable of scheduling an order or require an immediate order.
