Social Media App with Customized Functionalities

I'm looking for a competent React Native developer or Flutter Mobile App Developer to create a mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms. The application will incorporate several features including:

- User authentication
- Post Photos, Videos, Share Documents
- Chat
- Status, Shorts functionalities
- In-app purchases
- Complete set of social media functionalities similar to Instagram, but with additional and custom features that I will provide.
- I have already bought the design, I want exact replica of that UI.

- I will be needing some extra and custom funcationalities but the React native app UI should be exactly same as the UI provided and should work in iOS and android and should be exact screens as in Design

- Comfortable working with User authentication and In-app purchases solutions
