# Terms of Reference: Mobile App Development for Social Gathering Platform

## Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced development team to create a native mobile application that facilitates offline social gatherings, similar to Meetup. The app will be developed for both iOS and Android platforms. We have a UX/UI design and prototype ready in Figma and a detailed development guide documentation. The contracted team will be working closely with our project manager throughout the development. The project phases include Development, Testing, and Deployment


## Technical Requirements
- iOS: Native development using Swift
- Android: Native development using Kotlin
- Firebase Platform (Authentication, Messaging, Analytics, Firestore database, etc)
