Simplified Product Auction App Development

The intention is to develop a simplified application that guarantees the ordering of a previously specified product in quantities.
This ordering mechanism should run like a kind of auction over a certain period of time.
Once the time limit has expired, the purchase is binding.
It is possible to withdraw from the sale within this period.
The more orders are placed, the cheaper the product and the lower the delivery costs for each of these ordered products.
Procedure:
1. a product is offered for sale for a specific location.
2. the countdown is initiated.
3. orders are received.
4. with each incoming order, the purchase price and the shipping costs are reduced accordingly.
5. auction ends (cancelling the purchase is no longer possible / placing a purchase is also no longer possible)
6. Minimum order quantity: If too few orders have been received after the end of the auction, the order will be cancelled, as too few orders are not economically viable. Ordered products will be cancelled. The payment made will be refunded (automatically)
Structure:
1. Header: Company logo and slogan
2. top left: Product specification and area for video and photo upload (size, size chart) colour, pattern, material etc)
3. centre left: Initial criteria, such as original price, original delivery cost, original import VAT, IOSS (if applicable), total price, start. Date, end date
4. Top right
Total quantity offered (static), quantity ordered (dynamic), quantity open (dynamic), down order button (pop up to API payment gateway to pay for goods), cancel button (to cancel order - API as payment must be refunded), countdown for the auction in days, hours and seconds.
5. centre right: Dynamic price changes analogous to the ordered quantities and a button to share on social media.
6. address information for the pick-up station where the goods can be picked up after shipment.
7. Footer: Legal address of the company, social media links and Pop up to the legal notices and the terms and conditions etc pp.
If possible, the application should send an individual QR code for each customer (email or phone number) to verify the legitimacy of the pick-up.
