Simplified Google photos backed by s3 (photo storage), postgres (user, album management) and firebase (auth)

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project which involves creating a simplified Google photos app backed by s3 for photo storage, postgres for user and album management, and firebase for authentication. The main focus of the project is on user and album management.

I have a preference for React Native for the UI and Springboot for the backend. As such, I am looking for someone who has experience in these technologies.

Key requirements for this project include:

- Expertise in React Native for the UI and Springboot for the backend
- photo albums should scale well and scroll smooth - with 100s of photos in each album
- Experience with s3 for photo storage, postgres for user and album management, and firebase for authentication
- Strong understanding of user and authentication management using rbac
- Ability to simplify the user experience for photo storage
- Ability to integrate the technologies seamlessly
