Simple 2-pager mobile application (preferably hybrid)

Simple 2-pager mobile application to be built either on .Net MAUI for both Android and iOS or native on xcode and android studio. the code is required to be delivered.
The main page is a simple blog displaying the latest 10 blog posts, each blog post contains a date, title, text, optional photo, optional link.
When a photo is clicked it should open in a pop up where it can be downloaded. The link will open in the default browser.
The second page is a poll where the user can optionally enter his information and opt-in for the newsletter.
The application must register for the firebase push notification to receive notifications whenever a new blog post is published.
The posts are retrieved from a SOAP API service.
Design will be provided upon starting.
