Simple 2 function app for IOS

I need to hire a developer by hour for a simple to function app. First I would like to give loyalty points and point value in USD, the second function is to turn the points into real money and be able to withdraw them for real cash whether it be bank account or PayPal. Willing to offer 45 dollars for project. It should only take an hour. We have to get a point table add value and do a currency configuration.
