Simple application creation for controlling 5V Single color LED Strip

Creation of a simple application for controlling the LED strip via smartphone.
This is a project in which it is primarily necessary to turn off/on the led strip, its level of brightness, timing the lighting and extinguishing of the strip with a percentage increase. Alternatively, different programs for a light show, or lighting/flashing according to music.
For now, it is a 5V single-color led strip.
A wifi or bluetooth module would be used as HW, which will be a component on the printed circuit board.
