Simple app for Android/iOS

I am looking for a developer to create a simple app for both Android and iOS platforms. The app will require integration with external APIs.
The app should ask and save 3 variables: 1 of them is time interval for automatic action, other 2 are parameters, that shouls be passed to external apii in the URL string:
https://domain.com/api/Something/AND?mode=1&var1=$variable1&var2=$variable2
It returns json which should be parsed to human readble results.
This is a check, which should be made periodically and the time interval set by the users.
Working in background and notification on a change is a must.
