Simple VoIP Call App for iOS

Hello,
We are looking for a simple voip call app for iOS.
No custom UX UI needed. There will be simply one “call” button on the app.
If you click, you will see the online phone numbers that are using this app. And when you click one person from that list, app will call the selected contact.
VoIP push call should be seen on the calling contact even if the app is in-sleep/killed.
If you have worked on this before, provide me the working-app video or store link; it will speed up the selection process.
