I'm seeking a developer to create straightforward iOS and Android apps that interface with several Windows computers broadcasting H264 videos they create on an ongoing basis. These apps will use GPS for computer location, facilitate WiFi connection via username/password authentication, and present an existing web page in the app for video downloading.
Key Features:
- GPS Utilization: The apps should accurately track the user's location to find the nearest computer.
- WiFi Connection: The app should connect to the computer's WiFi using a username and password for authentication.
- User Interface: The app will present an existing web page from the computer where users can download videos to their device's "Photos" directory. The interface should include a download progress indicator.
Additional Task: An extra web page needs to be created on the computers that utilizes the Windows GPU to streams and updates the most recent 1 to 4 videos continuously.
