Simple Feature Enhancement on Kotlin

I'm looking for a Kotlin expert to help with simple features enhancement on the Kotlin programming language.
Simple features Enhancement
1. PDF Upload - Users should be able to upload PDFs, which will then be stored in pdf_store directory within app. should register title and file name into database.
2. Threads Feature - I already have some interfaces for the threads feature, but you will need to integrate it into the app. (chat subjects)
3. Chatbot Feature - Similar to the threads, I have some interfaces for this feature which will need to be integrated.(chat topic)
