Setup IONIC Cordova Firebase Push Notification

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up IONIC Cordova Firebase push notifications for both Android and iOS platforms. I already have a Firebase account and I want to send push notifications to specific users. i made a app by myself in js but in push notification part i need a expert for do this remotely
