I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a mobile app for me using my ideas and suggestions. The mobile application should feature some intermediate level features. I have some concepts and ideas in mind, but no existing designs. It will need to be completely new. So I need a freelancer who is experienced in development and can make it happen. Thanks.
