Senior AI Programmer for Face Cosmetization App

I'm looking for a seasoned AI programmer to create a sophisticated program. This AI should be able to:
- Scan a face and overlay it on a head prototype.
- Generate cosmetic looks tailored for the scanned face.
- Produce a video tutorial demonstrating the use of the selected cosmetics.
- Integrate the neural network from "FaceApp".
- Train the neural network to enhance face drawings, converting simple sketches into high-quality makeup applications in the designated areas.
The program needs to be compatible with both iOS and Android.
Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Extensive experience in AI programming.
- Proven track record of developing applications for iOS and Android.
- Familiarity with "FaceApp" and similar applications.
- Skills in creating and integrating neural networks.
- Experience with facial recognition technology and cosmetic simulation.
- Ability to create engaging video tutorials basic on AI.
