We are looking for a top-tier Flutter/Firebase developer to build the MVP for stUdy, a premium tutoring application for the Swiss university market. The entire Figma design system and detailed functional specifications are already prepared, allowing you to focus on high-quality development.

We are not just looking for a contractor, but a technical partner capable of building a clean architecture (BLoC/Riverpod) and providing expert advice.

Authentication & Roles:

Single sign-on via Switch-Edu ID.

Management of two distinct user roles: Student and Tutor.

For the Student:

Search and booking of one-time tutoring sessions.

Secure payments via Stripe and TWINT.

Subscription to semester-long "Support Packs" that grant a variable number of "Rescheduling Tokens".

Token Economy: Using a "Rescheduling Token" cancels a pack session and transforms it into a "One-time Session Token", offering maximum flexibility to the student.

For the Tutor:

Onboarding process with admin validation.

Comprehensive calendar management (single and recurring availability slots).

Weekly Reporting System: A single, internal, summary report to be completed before Sunday midnight to unlock a financial bonus, creating a quality feedback loop.

Admin Panel (Web):

A crucial internal tool (built in React/Vue) for user management (tutor validation), dispute resolution, and viewing internal reports.
