Self-Drive Taxi App & Web

I’m launching a self-drive taxi service and need a developer who can own the build of both a mobile app (iOS and Android) and a companion web platform from the ground up. The entire experience has to feel polished and modern—closer to Zoomcar or Uber than a basic rental form—so strong UI/UX instincts are essential.
