Provide users with a faster and more reliable experience (no WebView loading time)
Enable offline access (critical for areas with poor connectivity)
Personalization: Save favorite location and receive relevant notifications

Main Tasks:
Replace WebView with Optimized JSON Solution
Integrate our existing JSON file (7.5MB, ~500KB gzip) containing prayer times for 120+ locations
Offline-first design using Local Storage
Ability to update prayer times without app updates
