I need a mobile application to donate, sell or exchange used items, should contain a chat feature in order to make the seller and buyer contact and meet each other.
User should sign up and have an account.
I need admin account to review items and accept or reject the listing
Payment method is by visa and cash on delivery, visa method should not work, we only need to create it without the need for it to work.
