Searching for Flutter developer for an ongoing project
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The project is a basic server to UI app.
I am in search of flutter developer. I have worked with many bad devs who promise things and never execute them good. I am very understanding as i am a developer myself, but if work is bad, dont expect a mercy.
Requirement:
1. Good communication. I dont want to to text you and get feedback in 30 minutes only to text back immediately and wait for another 30 minutes.
2. I want you to be flexible. If we decide to work on a feature, yet you see that there is stuff that has to be provided - tell me immediately. But i want you to quickly estimate, make a plan and follow it.
3. I want quality. If there is a network call, there has to be a network connection check. If there is a location api, then there must be service availability and permissions check. If there is a button, it must have a click effect.
4. I want you to be independent. I won't give you instructions every day and micromanage. I dont interfere with your work. Write down "duck" as your first word so that i know you are not a bot. As soon as it is done and done good - everything else is not my business.
5. I want you to be my partner. I am not just hiring for one time thing, i am hiring for future. If we work things out, i will be able to consistently provide you work.
6. I want you to leave no trace that it is you, who is doing the job, no direct client communication, dont register sny accounts in the app with your real name, and no bs. We separate the communication. If you let yourself out - this is a disaster.
Normal work:
- we discuss feature
- you estimate
- you plan it and set a deadline
- i wait and once in a couple of days check your progress.
- you do your thing, ask for needed info.
- i test the work
- pay you
Any negotiation is possible.
