I am playing sports and I need an application to be installed on my phone and Apple Watch that we can use to track score. Max budget is $100

The budget for this is limited because this is my personal use.
I need you to use flutter because I love to learn it. I heard from a trusted friend that flutter is one of the best tools.
you will deliver the application, with the source code, give me a walk-through the code, and then will give me 2 months support to fix any bugs or answer questions about the application code.
I should have an option to extend the support for monthly support that does not exceed $15 per month.
