Safety App for Australian Tradies - Revenue Share: 20% of monthly revenue (up to a cap or time-limited)

I’m seeking an experienced app developer to build an app for Burgy, a new digital platform that helps Australian tradies generate SWMS, JSAs, and Job Variation documents quickly and professionally. The app will be subscription-based ($10/month) and allow tradies to create profiles, auto-generate documents, and receive branded PDF outputs based on their selections.
This project will start with electricians, with full plans to expand into other trades (e.g. plumbers, builders, painters) over time. The logic and content (controls, hazards, SWMS variations, etc.) will be fully provided by me.
I’m open to a fixed development quote OR a revenue share arrangement (e.g. 20% of monthly app revenue with a capped payout or time period).

1. User Profiles
Sign up / login (email or Google)
Add business name, ABN, logo
Saved data for autofill in future forms
2. Smart Forms for SWMS, JSAs & Variations
Conditional logic (you will receive a complete ruleset from me)
Auto-fills relevant controls/hazards/PPE
Users can download or email branded PDFs
3. Subscription System
$10/month via Stripe or PayPal
Trial period or lockout after expiry
4. Form History
Users can access previous submissions
Re-download or duplicate with updates
5. Admin Panel
View users
Upload new trade types & form templates
Adjust auto-generation rules as we grow
What I Will Provide:
All content, questions, and form logic for electricians
Branded document templates
Conditional logic for auto-generating outputs
Expansion roadmap for new trades
Deliverables Required:
Functional web app (mobile-friendly)
iOS + Android versions (PWA or store-ready)
Subscription integration (Stripe or PayPal)
Source code access
Testing and basic support post-launch
Future Expansion:
Burgy will expand trade-by-trade. The app must be:
Modular so more trades can be added later
Scalable for increased subscriptions
Maintainable long-term (preferably with your continued support)
Payment Options (Choose One):
- Fixed Cost: Provide full quote and timeframe; or
- Revenue Share: 20% of monthly revenue (up to a cap or time-limited)
Optional buyout clause
