Ride hailing platform similar to uber without payment integration. It is to be used by employees of a particular organization to manage their vehicle fleet. We are looking to integrate access controls on special ride type, restricting access to a particular ride type and granting full access to other ride types. There will also be an approval integration for line managers to accept ride request before the request is sent to available pool of drivers. The platform will have packages as well, for the company's package delivery bikes. There will also be ride and package scheduling features on the platform, this will enable booking a ride/package for future trips and package delivery. Analytics and records should be exportable from the platform as well as real time tracking on the platform. We should be able to enable and disable driver and user profiles on the web admin portal. Ride cancellations analytics for both driver and user app to include reason for cancellation. The driver app experience as well, driver information when ride is accepted, E.T.A to riders, ratings, driver arriving, starting a trip, completing a trip etc. For other details, it will be provided and discussed during project deliberations. The access controls for the line managers is a crucial feature for us. The rider request should be routed through a push notification to the line managers for ride approval or decline. We want this for all line managers. ( we can discuss this further for a better understanding of the requirement if you need more clarification). Reason for approval and disapproval from the line manager push notification should be logged on the platform as well.
