1. Introduction
We are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to develop a mobile application with an admin panel and an optional website. The solution should enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and provide a seamless user experience.
2. Project Scope
The project will be executed in two phases:
Phase One:
Poll Satisfaction System: Allow customers to provide feedback on their experience.
User Data Collection: Collect Name, Email, Phone Number, and Date of Birth for marketing and loyalty purposes.
Send offers by email to clients.
Loyalty Program: Implement a points-based system to reward frequent customers.
Table Reservations: Enable customers to book tables in advance, check real-time availability, and receive confirmation notifications.
Phase Two:
Restaurant Menu: Display the full menu with images, descriptions, and prices.
Food Ordering System: Allow customers to place orders for dine-in, pickup, or delivery.
The system must include an Admin Panel to manage users, feedback, loyalty programs, menu items, reservations, and orders.
