Reminders Emails

I want a branded app created whereby we can insert a client email address and can select a date in the future that will allow us to send the client an email to remind them to make a purchase.

For example. I sell a client a product today that will expire in 4 years. So, I will put in today's date as the original date the item was sold.

The system you would create would automatically generate an email, lets say in 3 years and 9 months telling the client the product is set to expire in 90 days so it is time to reorder.

So the app would allow us to:

1. Insert multiple email addresses.

2. Allow us to customize messages.

3. Allow us to attach an old invoice or purchase order to show the client what the previously purchased. Integrate with our invoice system www.Invoice2Go.com

4. Retain emails that have been sent to clients so we can review what has been sent as needed.

5. This can be a platform that is already in place that can be customized to meet our needs. In other words you do NOT need to create the system from scratch if it is available.
