Recreate an Existing App with Flutter

I am looking for a skilled Flutter developer to recreate an existing app. The project has a timeframe of more than 4 weeks and I have a detailed specification complete with visuals. The app is of basic complexity.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language
- Experience in app development and UI/UX design
- Ability to work with existing app specifications and visuals
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome any challenges during the development process.

- App is a language learning app, the Android version has a local database and its not connected to a backend
- IOS version has the database located on a server and has a backend to manage the app, the android version was suppose to do the same but, I decided its better to recreate the app in flutter that way, I dont have to deal with Swift in IOS and Kotlin ( Android Studio ) with Android.

I am also interested in adding In App purchase for the app
for example
- removal of ads
- Dictionary with 3000 words ( which is already on the backend server )
