Recreate Existing App using React Native

I would like to have someone recreate our existing app using React Native. It's a very simple reader app that displays Christian devotional text to the user.

It will need to look similar and support push notifications via onesignal's service. Also need to provide the same accessibility features (contrast and font size change). App will need to be responsive to various screen sizes.
Existing app makes an API endpoint call to retrieve the data and simply displays it to the user.
