Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced freelancer (or a small team) to design and develop an app,
a real estate marketplace app similar to Realestate.com.au. The app will be focused on the Somali real estate market,
connecting buyers, sellers, and real estate agents (DALAALs).
We need a freelancer who has experience building real estate apps and can provide high-quality UI/UX design + full-stack development.
? What We Need:
✔ UI/UX Design
- Create a modern, intuitive, and visually appealing app design similar to Realestate.com.au.
- Mobile-first design for both iOS & Android (Figma/Adobe XD preferred).
- Up to 60 high-fidelity screens covering property search, listings, chat, payments, and agent collaboration.
- Design should incorporate **clean, modern UI components** that are easy to navigate, with a strong focus on mobile usability.
✔ Full-Stack Development (iOS + Android + Backend)
- Build the app in **Flutter or React Native** for cross-platform compatibility.
- Backend development using **Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Django)**.
- Database: **PostgreSQL or Firebase (Scalable Architecture)**.
- Admin panel for approving listings, managing payments, and monitoring analytics.
- The app should be scalable and support **thousands of simultaneous users without performance issues**.
✔ Key Features to Implement:
✅ **User Profiles** – Buyers, Sellers, & DALAALs (Real Estate Agents). Users should be able to create profiles, upload verification documents, and manage their properties from a personal dashboard.
✅ **Property Listings** – Users can upload property details, including images, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
✅ **Advanced Search & Filters** – Users should be able to filter properties by location, price, number of bedrooms, property type, etc.
✅ **DALAAL Collaboration System** – Agents can co-list properties, share leads, and manage commission tracking within the platform.
✅ **AI-Powered Features** – The app should use AI to:
- Suggest accurate property prices based on historical sales and market trends.
- Detect fraudulent listings or duplicated properties before they are published.
