ReactJS/Flutter VPN Apps for Mobile/PCs

We are looking for someone to build some cross-platform apps, with the APIs we've built into our platform, the app will need to connect to our APIs and then pull the connection details and set up a VPN on the app, we will need an Android App/iOS App and Windows/Mac apps.

We have the design, we just need someone to build the logic, and get everything working, we are using OpenVPN and Wireguard,
