React native single page Bluetooth App

Hi!
i need a single page app for testing bluetooth hardware on the user's phone.
The flow of App is:
The app will starts, check permission, if permission isn't ok request permission to user for continue. After show bluetooth device near user device.
In't nececessary paring device, only show near device!
The app must necessarily be programmed in JS not TS.
Very important NOT EXPO! Only React native!
The Ui need to be elementary i need to import your code in the mine, a simple scollable list for show device in range is ok!
The app need to run on android and ios.
