React Native Sports Club App Updates -- 2

I have a mobile application for managing sports clubs, which was created in react native. The previous developer has not been updated for two years, so it cannot be downloaded on Android. It is available on iOS. I need developers to update the app so that it can be opened in all android versions. I also have prepared the design of several new features, and there is a possibility to include their development in this engagement. The part related to the web application is ok and that part is completely covered by another developer. only the development of the mobile app is required.
The application should first be prepared for Android, then add new features and correct the design of existing features
