React Native Mobile Application Developer

I have a mobile app project developed using React Native.
Someone developed it last month and I need some updates in it before publish.

Here are my questions:
1. Do you have experience with Twillo API?
2. Do you have experience with OpenAI API?
3. Have you experience with APP launch in Google Play Store and Apple AppStore.

Here are your tasks to do if you are selected:
1. Add "Spanish" to language list in setting.
2. Change APP icon.
3. Change Twillo API with OpenAI API.
4. Help me to publish the app to Google Play Store and Apple AppStore.

My budget for this work is $2500 and timeline is 2 weeks.
