React Native Face Detection for Security Authentication

We are looking for an experienced React Native developer to build and integrate a live face detection feature for security authentication in our app. This feature should incorporate real-time human verification, face recognition, and multi-factor authentication. The solution must work seamlessly with the latest versions of React Native and both Android & iOS platforms.

Requirements:
Face Recognition Login System:
A robust and secure face recognition system for user authentication.
The system should detect and verify the face in real-time to ensure it's a live human.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
It will be from Frontend side, not backend

The face recognition should be combined with multi-factor authentication for additional security.
It should support standard MFA practices.
Face Detection Process:
The authentication process will involve the following steps:

Step 1: Human verification to ensure the person is real and not using a static image.
Step 2: The user will be required to turn their face left and then right.
Step 3: The user will be required to blink their eyes.
Progress Bar Integration:

The face detection process should include a progress bar similar to the attached image, visually showing the steps being completed.
Cross-Platform Compatibility:

The solution should be implemented either natively (Android & iOS) or using React Native libraries, depending on which provides better performance.
Must support the latest versions of Android, iOS, and React Native.

Preferred Technologies:
React Native (latest version)
Native Android & iOS integration (if required)
Any necessary libraries for face recognition (e.g., ML Kit, Vision API, etc.)

Deliverables:
Full source code of the project.
Documentation on how to integrate and test the feature.
A working demonstration of the feature on both Android and iOS platforms.

Proven experience with React Native, especially in mobile authentication and security.
