React Native Driver App Development

I am looking for an experienced React Native developer who can develop a functional driver app for both iOS and Android platforms. I already have UI screens, however, are open to guidelines and suggestions.

The Primary function of the app would be easing the driving processes. Here's what I'm aiming for:
