We're looking for a React Native developer to create a small app that runs in the background, detects incoming SMS texts messages, sends a welcome message in response to the first message, another detail on the second, and summarizes all message [1] and message
[2] and send the text message to another number using twilio API that's it, this operation should happen as soon as it deducts the new message.. this app must run even if the device is locked.. no playstore or app store is required
