React Native Developer for Privacy Focused Secured Messaging App

We are looking for a skilled React Native developer to build a peer-to-peer messaging app that prioritizes privacy and security. The app will have web, iOS, and Android versions.
Key requirements for this project include:
A secure messaging platform that only allows users who are online to receive messages. Messages sent to offline users will be lost.
Users can send a bell ring (signal) to other users to signal them to get online and receive messages.
Text and photos are not stored on the server, but instead are stored locally on devices.
Users have a Vault in the app to store notes and photos.
Users are identified by unique IDs, such as @johnsmith and @xx123, without the need for phone numbers to register. No duplicate IDs will be allowed.
Users can create groups with their contact list, with group members unable to DM each other. They can only communicate within the group and cannot see each other's unique IDs.
We are looking for a developer who is proficient in React Native and can integrate web3.js / ether.js into the app's mobile development framework. You should also have experience in developing blockchain technologies and security features for messaging apps.
