Job Title: React Native Developer Needed for Fun UV Alert App (Existing Designs)

Project Description:
I need a developer to build a playful "Lobster UV Alert" app that:
- Shows real-time UV index using the free Open-Meteo API
- Uses device GPS (with manual location input as fallback)
- Displays fun lobster-themed visuals (all images/designs provided)
- Changes colors and animations based on UV danger level

What’s Already Done:
✅ All lobster graphics (5 UV levels)
✅ UI/UX design (tropical theme)
✅ Copywriting (funny lobster puns for each UV level)
✅ API documentation (Open-Meteo is free and simple)

Technical Requirements:
- React Native (Expo preferred for cost savings)
- `expo-location` for GPS
- Basic animations (lobster scale/color changes)
- Minimal/no backend (device storage only)
