React Native Developer for BLE Integration

We’re looking for a skilled React Native Developer with hands-on experience working with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices to join our team. Primary requirement will be to build and maintain functionality in a mobile app that detects and connects to a specific BLE device (non-audio) whenever it comes into range.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a React Native app that integrates with a specific BLE device.
Implement automatic detection and connection logic when the BLE device comes into range. (both Android and iOS)
Ensure secure and reliable device pairing and automatic reconnection once the device has been paired.
Handle background operations as needed for BLE scanning and connection.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong experience with React Native and cross-platform mobile development.
Proven experience working with BLE on mobile in React Native
Deep understanding of Bluetooth states, permissions, scanning, connection, and reconnection flows.
Experience handling BLE interactions while the app is in background or killed state (if possible with platform limitations).
Familiarity with iOS and Android BLE behavior differences and best practices.
