React Native Chat & News App Development -- 2

I am on the lookout for a proficient and seasoned React Native developer for a unique project.
The task is to create a chat application with enhanced features more like Whatsapp. The catch lies in amalgamating the chat features with story and news features. The elements required in chat functionality are:
- One-on-one messaging
- Group messaging
- Message encryption
- All features similar to WhatsApp but it should not be a copy of Whatsapp (interface UI)
It should also support user stories akin to Whatsapp status and allow users to upload photos for profile pictures. Thus your familiarity with creating stories function and handling images is crucial.
Furthermore, the app should incorporate a news feature where users can access the latest news items. Proficiency in integrating dynamic content is highly preferred.

Authentication in the app will be through email magic link and not OTP. Hence, experience with setting up email magic link authentication is essential for this role.
I have a stringent timeline and I expect the project to be completed within a week.
