I basically need a mobile app developed the most cost-effective and efficient way possible. Please provide your recommendations on the platforms, APIs and SDKs to use for something like this. Let me know if it would be best to use FireBase or some other technology to manage the app and users.
Most important needs are as follows:
1. The code must be as clean as possible.
2. Able to have full control of managing the users and source code when needed.
3. Have all the necessary backup and restoration security in place in the event there are issues.
4. Support with publishing the app on Google Play and Apple Stores.
5. Technical support after publishing.
