React Native Basic Delivery Task app Looking for mid level react native

developer who can develop a mobile app where users can accept delivery tasks which will include the following features :
Login: user id created by backed, needs login option only.
Once logged in show a list of tasks in the menu based on status and rider.
Check rider type in the backend. There are 3 rider types 1. Pickup, 2. Freelance. 3 Delivery
Get: Order status, there are 10+ order statuses like pending, accepted, scheduled, and completed.
Order details like Name, Location, Phone number, Remarks,
Once the admin assigns the orders, Riders can check for assigned orders and comment on orders, check remarks, check comments, check cod and check or click to call from their own mobile for the phone number provided.
