React Native (Bare - NOT EXO) - Push Notification

I am having trouble setting up the NPM module react-native-push-notifications. I NEED YOU TO BE ABLE TO VIDEO CHAT WITH ME AND DEBUG MY CODE! THIS WILL BE PAID AT YOUR HOURLY RATE THAT YOU WRITE IN YOUR DESCRIPTION.
Whenever I install it my ios app emulator it crashes and I get this error.
I need someone with React Native Experience, push notification experience and ios experience.
ERROR Invariant Violation: new NativeEventEmitter() requires a non-null argument., js engine: hermes
